What you’ll bring?

• Genuine Full Stack Software Engineering experience
• Experience building Java-based microservices and experience with Springboot or the Quarkus framework
• Experience with AWS services
• Experience with React JS, Typescript
• Experience with REST APIs
• Application testing experience using the likes of either Jest, Karma, Playwright
• A strong understanding of secure software (understanding OWASP)
• A willingness to ‘roll your sleeves up’ and jump in across all areas of the software development cycle
• The ability to own software projects end-to-end
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and architecture principles

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD using Github Actions
• Experience with IaC, either Terraform/Ansible
• Experience in the financial services or banking domain

What you'll be doing:

• Working in a small, tight-knit, agile software team environment
• Building secure and scalable Java-based microservices.
• Contributing to software design and architecture
• Contributing across all aspects of full-stack software engineering and to planning, building and shipping
• Working in a flat organisational structure and interacting with Cyber, Finance, Operations and Risk teams
• Owning projects end-to-end and working both collaboratively with the team as well as autonomously
